Return Policy: If your DVD player has a manufacture defect, please visit www.clearplay.com. If your player does not have a manufacture defect and it has been less than 7 days from the date of delivery you must contact customer service before returning the airbed. Conditions of Airbed Returns
* Merchandise must be received in its original condition and packaging.
* A 20% restocking fee may apply if product is used, abused or not in re-saleable condition.
* Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
* Shipping cost for returned merchandise is not refundable under any circumstances.
* A credit would be issued to original credit card used once returned merchandise has been received and conditions have been met.
